can't connect to itunes store

Hi

I am currently unable to connect to the itunes store. I can open itunes, connect to the internet, but not to the store or to any music I have purchsaed through itunes. I am using Windows 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's best to ask technical assistanc efrom support but you might want to try this:

Firewall, virus-protection, and web-acceleration software can prevent you from connecting to the iTunes Store. You might not be able to connect even if the software appears to be configured to allow full access to the iTunes Store.
