My instagram doesnt show up in my settings menu on my iphone. I cant go into it to change any settings needed to do stuff in instgram. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. And restarted my phone 3 times

Launch the app and select the icon located at the bottom right for your account info. There is a settings icon located at the upper right.
Ive done all that. it doesnt let me save a picture from any picture i search on instgram. The only options it gives me is to flag inappropriate or cancel. Theres supposed to be an option to save to camera roll.
Because the settings are within the app for the current version of the app.
how do i change that? it says all my apps are updated

As when there is a problem or a question with a 3rd party app on your computer, you contact the app developer. Contact Instagram. They should have a website.
