Am trying to collect images for all the songs that have accumulated over years that have no album artwork. I select song in the Library Music display of the iTunes window, right click, scroll to "Get Album Artwork" and get no download from iTunes store. I have been using this method for years, but now it is unsuccessful.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Hey Ron. I'm not sure if this is gonna work for you but I've always used the "Automatic" method and never missed an artwork. Here:

    1. Open iTunes Preferences
      Mac: Choose iTunes > Preferences.
      Windows: Choose Edit > Preferences.
    2. Click Store.
    3. Select the "Automatically download missing album artwork" checkbox.

You can manually add artwork to an album. You may try following these steps:

1.) Select the songs you want to modify the artwork for.

    2.) Right-click or Control-click your selection.

    3.) Click Get Info.

    4.) Click the Artwork tab.

From here, you can either drag an image directly into the artwork box, paste an image that you copied to your clipboard, or use the Add button to select an image from your hard drive or from internet.

    Hope this helps.

I'm just noticing this isn't working as well.  Everything looks fine when I drag artwork into the get info artwork spot, but then it doesn't take.  If I try doing it on individual tracks, under get info, the artwork tab is gray and won't let me click on it.  Hopefully Apple will fix this soon.
