Q: Lost my playlists on itunes that were on another computer now I had to start from scratch with a new itunes which will not allow me to import my playlists from ipod to itunes ???

My itunes music which was on an old PC and lost it all and had to re-install new itunes but cannot upload music from my ipod back into itunes to re-create my playlists again....how can this be done?
