Upload an mp3 file to iTunes on my computer to listen to as a podcast.

I want to upload an mp3 file to iTunes on my computer to listen to as a podcast.

When I do this it uploads as music but I can go into the File menu, click Get Info and change the media kind from Music to Podcast under the Options tab. This moves the file to the podcast folder under the iTunes Music folder in Finder and places it in an "Unknown Podcasts" sub folder. However, whereas most of my sub folders in this folder appear as podcasts in iTunes, the Unknown Podcasts fodler - and a number of other folders - does not, so I effectively lose the mp3 file from within iTunes (still in the fodler though).

How can I make this sub folder and other sub folders in the Podcast folder appear in iTunes podcast browser?
