white iPhone 5 has small nicks around the bezel...

ok well ive had my iphone since launch day and it had nicks around the bezel right out of the box, also it had the "yellow" screen and a loose power button, i was going to exchange it for a new one but i thought i should wait so i could get a better quality one... but yesterday i dropped my iphone and it has a pretty noticable crack on the top left of the bezzel. will apple still let me exchange it?
