Brand New Mac Pro and Windows7 Messed up.

Partitioned 71G to MAC and 678G to Windows.

Boot Camp Process had a failed error message when creating Boot Disk.

Then No Internet Adapter in Windows.

Cannot get back to MAC OS by holding down Command Key.

I would like to start over but stuck in Windows.

Any suggestions?

As ReMacs stated, use the option key. Then read the Boot Camp documentation before doing anything else.
