I want to update my Macbook Pro from version is v10.8 to v10.8.2 but confused about some of the update programs which is in apple store which is combo update and Supplemental update and one more which the os x mountain lion update v10.8.2 I want some INFO about these updates ?

The combo update installs missing sytsem files if you have problems with your Mac mainly used for troubleshooting.
For updating your system software, click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click Software Update ..
That will prompt the App Store for you for updating.
The combos are not available from the Mac App Store.
