Strange wifi issue

Hi I know there are some wifi issues but this I could not find amoungst them my brand new just out of the box Ipad with IOS6 connects to the wifi internet ect great.

But I cannot get it to syn over the next. I have ticked the box to say to do it my IPad 1 sitting next to will, my IPone will, why not the new IPad. Any advice welcome.
