    You reference an Apple article about Aperture and Photo Stream but your question isn't about that.

     

    It would be best if you asked this in the iPhone community but while you are here basically you turn on Find my Phone on the 4s its under Settings->iCloud and then when you want to find the phone log into iCloud  (www.iCloud.com)
