This phone is locked and to know witch carrier is this locked i need to know Model`s last 2 litter like this (MC139LL)
but right now i cant see my Settigns-Generals-about bcuz its want me to active so i cant open
is there any another way to know that model number ?

You cannot reliably determine which carrier an iPhone is locked to by the model number. Call Apple support and give them the serial number and they may be able to tell you. If they cannot, you'll need to ask the seller from whom you purchased the iPhone.

It doesn't tell you the carrier, though. AT&T, Verizon and Sprint iPhones and perhaps others all carry that same model number. But if you're certain it's a US-sold iPhone and it has a SIM, then it would almost certainly be locked to AT&T. They won't usually unlock an iPhone for anyone who is not a customer of theirs, but you can contact them and ask:

but i can for example if its finished by LL it means its sold in USA and this phone is i out of USA now thats why i cant ask 😀 seller is in usa and also unknown 😀
