How do you bypass a application block?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering how you would bypass or unblock a blocked application. I accidently block and application that was not on the Air and I put it on my self. If you need to know what the application is it is Minecraft. But I do not only want to get that unblock there are other application that are blocked and I need to the know the one way to bypass all application blocks.
