I've been getting a wack of charges on my credit card from I tunes, however I haven't purchased anything in awhile.. I've counted 6 all together there all $9.03 and every month I'm so angry right now wondering if anyone else has this problem

Well, you need to contact Apple and your card company - we're just users like you and cannot help with any billing questions. If they are there every month, are you sure you haven't inadvertantly subscribed to something or other?
I suspect it is someone close to you. $9.03 is no great amount and anyone who was a thief and found they could get away with that much ... would soon be after much more. And in less time than a month I'd be bound.
Obviously this was the first thing I did, I tunes tried blaming net flix. But there more than just the 9.03$ charges that where fake. And I have an account with net flix. Which is $7.99 a month not 9.03$ they only have one account in my name the one I willingly pay for, not one that doesn't exist. I tunes cannot tell me where the 9.03 is going or give me a valid account number. That is attached to this so called net flix account. None of these things have been givin to me. I've just gotten rid of all our apple devices, except the I pad 2 which is soon to go aswell, and recommend our family and friends do the same
Have you called your credit card company to dispute these charges? And also contacted the iTunes or App Store support? That is what I would do.

The only thing I can think of doing is changing my payment method to "none"....

I am not getting bogus charges but the problem is it won't let me change my payment method to none and I can't download free apps at all what seems to be the problem?
