syncing outlook calendar with blackberry device

I downloaded the Blackberry desktop manager on my new MacBook Pro. I'm running MS Outlook for Mac 2011 for my email, calendar and contacts. When I sync the BB Torch 9850 to Outlook, entries in my BB are duplicated on the device (not in Outlook), and entries in Outlook are not transferred to my device. I've tried clearing all the data on the BB and resyncing several times, but the issue continues to occur. I've also tried turning off the WiFi, but the issue continues to happen. There doesn't seem to be an option in BB DM for Mac to do a one way sync (like for the PC version of DM) - the only options are 2 way sync or no sync. How can I one way sync my outlook calendar to my BB device so that I can eliminate the duplicates from occurring on the device?

I just got off the phone with Microsoft Mac and they said Mountain Lion prevents a sync between outlook and blackberry. That the only way to possibly do it is through ICloud and ICal, but that MS Mac couldn't guide me through how to do this. Is anyone familiar with how to attempt a sync through ICloud/ICal for MS Outlook to Blackberry?

Neither microsoft as suggested or apple will be of much use to you in this scenario. With the walled garden of products apple are building, they have designed everything to work best with their own products in mind, microsoft and blackberry and other hardware often fall outside of this apple garden of products remit. you might therefore benefit with the use of thrid party software, at additional cost.

You might want to investigate mising sync > as the marks/ware company dedicates itself to syncing devices and software on various platforms.
