What mean by ( IMAP Path Prefix)
I can revive only mails from my company email account but can't send and ask me for IMAP Path Prefix. So please help to solve this

Usually it is "INBOX" on IMAP mail systems (no quotes.)

IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. You will need to contact your company's mail administrator for this information.
