Q: bought audiobook on amazon but can not transfer from itunes to iphone

I am not able to transfer an audiobook I bought in Amazon from iTunes to my iPhone 5. I can only transfer audiobooks I bought from iTunes. How can I do this?

iPhone 5, iOS 6
