Ipod has blocked and it won't start.

Hello there.

I was listening some music to my iPod mini 4 GB, and suddenly it stopped.

The image remained blocked showing the name of song, time left,composer, etc... and it remained like that for couple of hours.

The only way I can get It to show something now is trying to reset it or plug and unplug from computer.

When I do that, it shows the apple sign after 6-10 seconds, then it shows me an image with a "sad smiley ipod" icon, together with the message "Go to www.apple/support.com/ipod" .

The computer doesn't recognize my ipod, neither does itunes.

Does any one have any idea how could i fix this?
