Persistent kernel panics that no software/hardware change yet has fixed - any more ideas?

Hi all,

I've been getting persistent kernel panics on my 15" mid-2010 Macbook Pro that happen anywhere between once an hour to once a day and have me and the Genius Bar technicians stumped. Here are the usual symptoms:

1) Computer just freezes (80% of the time) or displays kernel panic message (20% of the time) and then plays three beeps with a pause. There doesn't appear to be a clear correlation between what I'm doing on the computer and when the freeze occurs.

2) Occassionally after rebooting after this freeze, the computer will not move past a black screen or will kernel panic on the grey startup screen

3) Occassionally the computer will not return from sleep - will just show a black screen - and will need to be left alone for 5 min - 1 hour before it will reboot properly. Usually when this happens, the computer is also very hot - it's as though the computer didn't properly go to sleep in the first place.

4) The kernel panics and freezes are rarely logged under Library / Logs. Only about 1 in every 20 actually gets a panic log report.

Here are the numerous fixes we've already attempted that didn't fix the crashing problem:

1) Replace the harddrive

2) Replace the harddrive bracket

3) Replace the memory - we tried this twice, once with Apple memory and once with third party

4) Replace the logic board

5) Reinstall OSX Snow Leopard

6) Reinstall with OSX Lion

None of these fixes have actually made the panics go away. Even after clean installs of the OSes, with no third party software installed, the computer will still kernel panic. The computer was fine for an entire year before these freezes / kernel panics started to happen daily / hourly.

I am completely out of ideas at this point so am posing this question to the Apple communities to see if anyone out there has better ideas. Your help and advice is much appreciate. Thanks in advance.
