Q: please does anyone knows how to delete the "others" on the iphone becuase it take me a lot of spaace and i cant have anything i have 5 GB of othres coan some one help me please?

If it is much more than a gb or so, then it indicates corrupt files.  A restore should resolve.

If restoring using your backup didn't work, you'll have to save as much of your data as you can (import your photos to your computer, sync your contacts and other data with iCloud, email things like Notes and Voice Memos to yourself, sync with iTunes to transfer all your purchases, etc.) and then restore it as new without using your backup.

Did you restore as new?

So Restore back up did not work   ,  It said there is not enough space on the iPhone ( the same problem due to the 18 GB of "other" taking up space.

So is my only option now is to just restore  the iPhone  and then what ?      Then  after I've restored    then do a sync to put back what I had on it from the last back up ?
