Cellular data on, still can't connect to internet. Help!!!

I just got iphone5 today. I set it up as new iphone. I cannot connect to internet unless I am on wi-fi. I have sellular data turned on. Please help me.

Can you send and receive phone calls? Make sure your phone is activated and you have a data plan with your provider. Call your cell providers tech support and see what they say.

The thing I've found to be most effective in fixing this is resetting network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will restart your phone. If that doesn't work, some other suggestions are here:
