When I plug my iPhone 5 into my windows computer, it comes up as an iPhone camera and won't show up in iTunes. Can someone help me out? I want my music.

Try resetting your iPhone. Hold top and home buttons for ten seconds until it restarts.

Are you sure you have iTunes 10.7?
positive. I've installed it, repaired it, uninstalled and reinstalled.
mine is having similar problems. iphone5 not recognized. itunes still acts like my iphone4 is plugged in...I've reinstalled itunes completely and the same issue...
you need to download MotoHelper 2.1.40 Driver 5.50 from Motorola of all places.......its the driver for the iPhone5. after I did that, it worked fine.

On this Apple site, I am seeing alot of issues with Iphones not working and Imessage not working. If I were you, I would tell Apple Support to let them know whats happening.

I would also try holding the Sleep (On/Off) button and the Home button for 10 seconds. Then let it restart.

Of course you are! It's where people go who are having issues. People who don't have issues don't post messages saying "I don't have any issues." Have you also noticed that all of the patients in your local hospital are sick? And all of the cars at your local auto repair need to be fixed?
Where did you find the download for MotoHelper 2.1.40 Driver 5.50? I can only find it on file sharing sites and I don't want to risk a virus! 🙂
