I have tried this: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123, but my computer has no other winsock providers than bonjour. I have done the netsh winsock reset. I have reinstalled both bonjour and itunes. It will connect for a short time, and then stop working again. Are there any other suggestions? Are other people having this issue?
