I cannot access my data account. I ask to have my password emailed to me but it never comes. How do I reset my password? If I call AT&T they tell me I must go through Apple.
Does anyone know how I can access my cellular data account with AT&T when I can't remember my password ? Even though I check the box for the password to be emailed to me, it never comes. Catch 22---AT&T tells me that I must go through Apple for this since I signed up when I purchased my I-pad.
