It also says the app notifications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. i have those turned on and i have reinstalled the app. Also, everytime I open the app and that comes up and I press ok, it keeps popping up and i have to force quit the app. What can i do? I just got my iPhone 5 today.

Same problem on iPad 2.
Was on iOS 5, updated to iOS 6 and hoped it would fix it but no such luck. Tried turning notifications on and off in settings. Some apps are worse than others and several simply cannot be used.
I had the same issue and was very frustrated. Finally I did what was suggested and restored my iPhone 5 on iTunes after backing up. It worked!!
Yes same problem after update ios 7 in my 4s please help..
1.Reset all setting, cant help
2.Backup and restore, done cant help too
3.Enable restriction, done cant help
"connect to itunes to use push notifications" comes up every time I try to open an app.
