when charging iphone via usb will data be transferred automatically if the iphone is not sync'd to the computer

this may sound daft but if I charge my iphone via the usb to a non syncd computer will data from my iphone automatcially be transferred to the computer

No, not automatically. Just make sure iTunes is NOT running, & if it launches, quit it.

thanks so much, i was concerned that info from my phone would end up on another computer by accident - the other computer didn't have itunes either
