how can I have this folder to restore it as a possibility ever thanks in advance.

I have no file for photos. when i start itunes with my ipod touch i can`t any file for my photos and i can`t synconization my photos to my ipod touch sry for my very bad english. Sry it`s german but it looks like here

iTunes: Unable to sync photos
Make sure that you delete the iPod Photo Cache folder. For its location:
iTunes: Photo sync creates iPod Photo Cache folder
