Accidentally I delete the phone icon from my iPhone 4S, how can I restore it? If I swipe the home screen to the left and type Phone in the white search field top of the iPhone window, all the information appears.

You cannot delete the phone icon, it is a native app on the phone and cannot be deleted. It may be that you have moved it to another folder or home screen on the phone. When you type Phone in the search screen, does it indicate a folder that it may be located in. This is availabe on iOS 6. If you cannot find it in a folder, go to Settings, General, Reset, Reset Home Screen Layout and it should come back.
