Missing ITunes Match

Missing ITunes Match

I can not find Itunes Match in the Store Menu in Itunes. Is this feature only possible on a Mac computer or for user located in USA? I miss having the opportunity to load my music to Icloud !

iTunes Match gathers music from itunes on a computer. Then it syncs down to devices.

This shows iTunes Match avaibility by country: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5085. You also have to have iTunes 10.5.1 or later to subscribe (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4914).
