iPad bought in Canada.

Apple ID registered in Canada, Apps downloaded in Canada.

Now relocated to the Netherlands, can't load new Apps anymore since Dutch apps are not supported via the Canadian iTunes store.

 

How can I change the iTunes store for my current apple ID?
