Ipod Shuffle 4th gen. USB cord

I've had my ipod shuffle 4th gen. for a few weeks now & only charged it a few times due to its long battery life. Anyone know how durable the factory included USB charger is? My Ipad shuffle dangles off my laptops USB charger port while it is charging. From my past experiences with other USB-type devices, short cords always short out on me after a few months of moderate usage. Has anyone have any problems with the factory included cord charger?

iPad 2, Windows 7, iPod Shuffle 4th Gen.

As long are you are taking precautionary steps to provide the device and the cable while it is charging so that there is no tension on the cable or connection, you'll be just fine.

You should be just fine, i had my ipod shuffle charger connecter to the front panel on my pc while the ipod is still on it, i have been doing this for over a year and it has worked perfectly, infact the only problem i have now is that i have lot the charger,lol!
