Q: Trying to install AirPort Utility, WIndows XP - can't find where to download from?

My very first try at setting up anything computer-wise, just got my new TimeCapsule and wanting to get online wifi... I just can't find out where to go to downliad AirPort Utility. The instructions booklet says apple.com/support/airport, but where do I go from there? I use windows XP (saving money for a Mac...))
