My sound has been fine, but when I'm trying to play a video, it won't let me turn it up, even my key pad has stopped playing the sound, everything seems to be clean anyone have any ideas? Thanx
did you hit your silence switch on the side of the phone if you see red switch it. also check setting bluetooth make sure that is off. Last see if some type of fuzz is stuck in the head phone jack. when you hit the volume up button what happens (what shows on the screen)?
Thanks for the reply, the speaker bits are clean, and bluetooths off, when I'm typing this, my key pad only makes the sound every other word or so, my phone not on silent, and when I click the volume up down buttons, it comes up 'ringer' but the volume bits not there, same with videos,
Hi, thank you I tried all the other responses and nothing worked. Checked the head phone jack and voila - SOUND!!!!! Hurrah
