I accidentally deleted my FaceTime off my iPad. Just wondering if anyone knows how I can get this back.

You cannot delete FaceTime. It is one of those Apple applications that is part of iOS.
If you can''t find it, go to your home screen, swipe left to get to the "Search iPad" screen, and search for FaceTime. You'll see it.
