I recently upgraded my sons phone to iPhone 4s. He had find my friends app on the old and now on the new. But with his new phone the location is saying that he is at the AT&T store. They kept his old phone. Can anyone help me correct this

I recently upgraded my sons phone to 4s. Since them the find my friend app says his location is at the att store . They did keep his old phone. How do we correct this
