Q: I have just got an iPhone 4S. It has been unlocked. I have updated the software and reset the phone. I put my tesco sim into it and it say it insert a compatible sim. I can't do a restore from iTunes as that isn't coming up as an option. Any ideas?

Hi I have just got an iPhone 4S. I have the unlocking email. I have updated the software and reset the phone. I put in my new tesco sim. Plugin into iTunes and it says on both the phone and iTunes that "the SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported". I have followed the instructions online the support page but still get the above message. I cannot restore from iTunes as when that message appears I can't seem to do anything else. Any ideas.
