It says I need to contact iTunes support to finish a transaction??
Trying to purchase an app but it says I need to contact iTunes support to finish the transaction. I went to support but I can't find where to go

Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided.
