How do you add a Ticketmaster order to Passbook?

I've read the support doc (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5483), I've downloaded the Ticketmaster app, I've signed in, I've googled away.... I still have no clue how to add an order I've made to Passbook. Anybody figure it out?
