all looks good but I keep getting "a connection timeout occurred"

Driving me crazy! I did the zap of PRAM recommended - 2x but to no avail. Will try again.

Tech support for the ISP has said all looks good and that it's a problem with my computer.

I guess I will head to the library to see if I can get online there - to see if it's just this wifi.

Any other ideas??? Please ........
