I am trying to chat with a non-US bank, but keep getting blank windows. I was told to try Firefox, and I did, and I get the balnk window just as with Safari. I was told to use a Windows Immulator. Does anyone have an idea what I am up against here and what options exist for Windows Immulators?

Safari > Preferences > Advanced
At the bottom of the pane there is "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Put a check mark in the box to enable it.
Develop will appear in the menu bar.
Click it and move the mouse pointer to "User Agent"
In the pop-up you will see "Internet Explorer" choices.
But wait. These emulators are so old.They may or may not work.

You're up against a defective website that appears to work only with Windows browsers, probably because it depends on "Active-X." Use a PC to connect to the site, or install Windows on your Mac.

Those menu items have nothing to do with emulation. All they do is change the self-identification string that the web browser sends to the server. The browser otherwise works in the usual way.
