How can I deactivate my password or restore my iphone without using itunes?

Settings, general, reset, clear and reset all settings. If you backep up to icloud.
Deactivate what password?
An iPhone can be restored with iTunes only. You can erase all content and settings direct on the iPhone but you can't restore an iPhone without iTunes.

If your phone is working, then go to settngs, general, reset, erase and reset all content and settings.
If the Passcode Lock, you must restore the iPhone with iTunes - preferably with iTunes on the computer used for synching the iPhone.
