Midi control via USB and computer

Hi!

I know how to use my midi keyboard and my computer to control my iPhone synth apps with WIFI but there is alot of latency. I'm searching for a piece of sotfware that would link my iPhone to my midi keyboard via the computer without buying another piece of hardware. I've been searching for months and still haven't found anything. If anyone know anything, please let me know.

I use a PC.
