Can't find vpn_id name..

Hi. I'm having trouble connecting to VPN.

I get "The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting" Internally and externally.

Restarted the computer and VPN service.

I found this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4748

I need to run a terminal script that has the VPN_idname.

pwpolicy -a (diradmin) -u (vpn_idname) -setpolicy "isSessionKeyAgent=1"

"Choose View > Show System Accounts/Records to make that record (vpn_idname) visible."

I did that and there is no entry that has VPN in the name.. Am I missing something?

Thanks!
