iPhone 4 Safari Menu Gone -- Back Button, Forward Button, Menu

My back button, forward button, history button, export/send page button and multiple windows button on my iPhone 4's Safari app have all disappeared. I.E., the entire toolbar of buttons has disappeared. There is just a blue line where the buttons used to be displayed. Any help?
