Shouldn't there be full-screen mode on Safari for iPad?

But the question still remains: Shouldn't there be full-screen for iPad on iOS 6?
I can't see why they couldn't add it. the iPad can easily handle anything an iPhone 3GS can handle.
I mean, you can always argue in their defense that the iPad doesn't need it but that's not to say it wouldn't be a subtle improvement.
On that note, is there an easy way to write Apple with suggestions for software improvement? The current system appears to be for troubleshooting but I'm just thinking straight feedback.

I agree,I wouldn't even care for the Web be full screen, but please Apple hurry up and make it so videos are in full screen. This makes no sense, and as you guys can see I am not alone.
