Canon imageRunner 3035

Recently purchased a Canon iR 3035. The tech set up the printing and scan to file functions for my PC but not for my MAC. I got the MAC to print, but I can not figure out how to get it to scan to the MAC. The tech set up a customized Scan folder with a Scanner icon on the PC desktop, as well as entering my PC information as a destination on the copier. I set up the printer on the MAC using the UFR II driver on the Canon website. I tried entering the MAC info onto the copier. At first it was saying can not locate server, but once I added the IP address after the Host Name it just says No Response. I was not sure what application created the ScanDocs folder on my PC desktop to try to load that onto the MAC.

You might need another driver. Check here.

I don't have any personal experience with this unit.

That is where I got the UFR II driver. When I could not get the scanner to work I tried to install the fax driver and it added it like another printer but did not help my scanning issue. Through information I found on other searches, I think the PS driver is an inferior print driver but I am not sure. Thanks, though.
