Q: Why does it update ALL THE TIME?

I keep getting told that there is a settings update and I keep accepting it. It doesn't seem to do anything and I get the same message time after time.

How do I stop it?

Try connecting your iPhone to your computer and opening iTunes, maybe there is a carrier settings update available.
