Q: upgrade freeze

My Apple TV has frozen in the middle sof performing the latest upgrade.  What do I do now?

    If it has been frozen for more than an hour pull the power and restart it.  It should pickup the installation or roll back to the previus install, or go back to the factory reset.

    I have just updated both of our Apple TVs to the latest software. One updated ok. No problems.

    Yet the 2nd unit has now frozen and just sits there blinking.

    I have turned everything off and tried to restart everything (several times), but no go.

    On the screen, it is indicating that I should place a USB cable into iTunes ??

    I have tried to re start the Apple TV with the remote, but it will not re boot?

    All a bit strange. If you can help. Cheers.
