Q: Downloaded Magic the Gathering and Purchased the app. after restarting my ipad a while later, the game is now asking me to repurchase it.. I still have the receipt for payment documenting it has been purchased

Title says it all

 

I purchased the 2013 Magic the Gathering game and beat it, ironically the game even shows and indicates i've played through the entire game and kept my achievements, except it wont let me play any of the "purchase" features.. It's asking me to repurchase the game again... what do i do?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6

    This has happened to me as well. I recieved a replacement iPad through Applecare. Magic 2013 downloaded from my iCloud backup and I cannot access my purchased features. When I attempt to play the game asks if I would like to repurchase the Premium content for 9.99 when I have already paid for it. Can Apple support restore my purchase to the new device?

    Better late than never; in the Help and Options tab, Settings, restore purchases. You will be asked for you AppleID.

    Hello, I try on Magic 2013 to restore purchase on my new device but not work (from menu' help&options), the same it happens with 2014.

    Someone can help me or have I lost the money?
