Apple TV iTunes Match only plays one min of a song

Same problem for me. iTunes Match content is streamed for exactly one minutes and than playback aborts.

Makes iTunes Match totally pointless on Apple TV.

Quality of apple products is really getting worse with each new release.

Same problem here... on both my Apple TV2 and Apple TV3. The track just stops playing around 50 seconds to a minute in and either moves to the next track or I get the following error on screen "An error occurred loading this content"

Have tried the usual restarts but no luck. I think the problem started last night.

I can stream purchased movies and TV shows with no problems, just seems to be affecting iTunes Match.

Count me in - same problem here..😠

Is this new ?

It may be an issue with Apple's servers rather than the AppleTV.

iTunes Match has worked fine for me in the past but not used it for a few days.

This is a new issue, to me at least.

My Apple TV's will stream music just fine from my PC and Mac using home sharing, just seems to iTunes Match with the issue.

I have tried looking to no avail, does anyone know if there is a service status page for iTunes Match?

Same problem with Apple TV. After resetting and reinstalling system software, album art is also gone.

I live in France. iTunes Match used to work well for months, and since one or two weeks I have the same problem on my AppleTV 2 (Ethernet connexion, no WiFi). I called Apple Support with no help at all: "you have no AppleCare on your AppleTV so you have no support, even if you pay for iTunes Match". Why should I pay for an AppleTV AppleCare if the problem seems related to iTunes Match?

Same exact problem here. Plays for one minute exactly then error message. No album artwork, either.

iTunes Match on my Apple TV is working again.

Tracks play all the way through and album artwork has been restored.

@apple - I understand that sometime services are unavailable. It would be really nice if you had a status page for your consumers to access, that way we would know if there are issues that could be affecting service, rather than spending your customers collective time trying to troubleshoot the problem individually.

I don't think it matters. Mobile iOS devices download the entire song, whereas AppleTV (which doesn't have any real storage) just streams it. The songs could even be coming from different servers for ATV compared to other iOS devices.
