where do my files from my old pc go to on my new mac?

I used to migration assistant to transfer files (music, photos, and documents) from my old PC to my new Macbook Pro. However I cannot find these files anywhere.. It says online here that they will be under a new folder for my old PC as it will not integrat old files to new files. PLEASE HELP
